King Abdulaziz University has always played a major role in enhancing skills of its students and staff member and in equipping them with tools necessary to serve their country and community. Preparing and qualifying a generation of future leaders to further process of development in Saudi Arabia is indispensible. Hence, Future Leaders Center is established to serve as a nucleus for effective contribution of the university in enhancing leadership capabilities of its students and staff members who will assume administrative responsibilities at the university.
In line with strategic plan of the university, Future Leaders Center seeks to set an effective strategy that may contribute to identifying future leaders from students and staff members. This will help the center to enhance their leadership skills and equip them with the knowledge required to suit university's future vision in light of the Saudi Vision 2030.
The center provides integrated programs that include a series of procedures to select qualified students who have passion for leadership and keen on serving the community. Such students are then nominated to attend training courses, workshops, lectures, dialogues, and projects on leadership skills.
