Issuance of the new universities law, which goes in line with Saudi ambitious vision 2030, will enable universities to support national system for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This system is based primarily on high quality educational outcomes. New universities law will contribute to boost this system with a view to support scientific research, innovation, authorship, translation, publication, regulations of scientific societies, research chairs, research and innovation centers, and entrepreneurship at universities. This will certainly contribute to raise quality of university outcomes, and promote research and knowledge production.

Through pioneering in business development and supporting elements of innovation and creativity, the vice presidency transforms aspects of science, knowledge, and creativity into tangible reality and practical applications.
